This elegant 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is an oasis in the city, providing a peaceful retreat in an excellent location in Pratumnak within walking distance to the beach and more.

The first floor has a large European kitchen and dining area that is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has been very well equipped and has plenty of cabinet and counter space including a large island workstation. There is a full size refrigerator, large oven with grill and cook top, hood and a dishwasher to make cleaning up a breeze.

The living room is comfortable and inviting and has a built in entertainment center, beautifully finished and lighted ceiling and plenty of comfortable furniture. It is the perfect place to enjoy a movie or conversation with friends. There is a beautiful view of the pool that really opens up the space and provides plenty of natural light and a relaxing breeze.

The beautiful staircase to the second is well lit and a great place to showcase large pieces of art.

The bedrooms are all on the second floor and have been well decorated and finished to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. They have all been furnished to a high standard and offer plenty of wardrobe space. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub for your relaxation.

The second floor has a large balcony that can be accessed just above the stairs and privately through two of the bedrooms and is an excellent place to enjoy an evening cocktail of morning cup of coffee or tea.

The pool and garden is a great place to have a swim or relax after a day at work or enjoying the many activities in Pattaya. There is a retractable awning to help keep you comfortable and cool in the shade. There is plenty of room around the house for plants or work on small projects or laundry. There is also a garage for a small car, motorcycles or storage.
