Terminal 21
The newest kid on the block is Terminal 21, which opened its doors in 2018. This highly successful shopping mall has branches in Bangkok and Korat and the Pattaya version is just as good.

Central Festival
Situated slap bang in the middle of Pattaya Beach Road is the impressive Central Festival Shopping Mall. Ever since it opened in 2009, Central Festival has been a haven for shoppers in Pattaya.
Central is the go-to mall in Pattaya as the range of goods available is outstanding.
Fashion also plays a big part in Central with global names such as Armani, Esprit and Calvin Klein. It also hosts popular department stores such as Marks and Spencer.

Royal Garden Plaza
Royal Garden Plaza was Pattaya’s original mall, until Central Festival opened and shook things up. The food court is located on the 6th floor and it overlooks Pattaya Bay, and seating is available on the outside terrace should you wish to take in the ambiance.
Royal Garden has great brands such as: Esprit, Guess, Swarovski and French Connection. It is also home to Ripley’s Believe it or Not Museum, Ripley’s 4D Moving Theatre and Ripley’s Infinity Maze, plus a Louis Tussaud’s Wax Museum on the 5th floor.
Mike Shopping Mall
Mike Shopping Mall is huge and covers an entire block between Pattaya Beach Road and Pattaya Second Road. Mike’s brand name is synonymous with great value basic shopping particularly in clothing. Many people consider Mike’s as Pattaya’s version of MBK in Bangkok.
